Great riveter!
Nice, heavy duty tool. I got mine because I needed a pop rivet tool that would handle the 3/32" (2mm) trim stud rivets so I could install trim / molding on a '68 El Camino that I'm restoring. The packaging that it came in was a real irritation. It's the very heavy plastic that's molded around the tool and the only way that one can get the tool out is to destroy the packaging with a box knife. And, once you have the tool there is no way to attach the nose piece tool to the rivet gun. It would have been nice if Stanley had constructed one of the rubber grips to hold the tool, like my old, very cheap rivet gun does. I bought a padded plastic 12 x 8 x 4 tool box to hold the rivet gun.

Promising with problems
I bought this tool because the packaging stated the tool would handle 3/16 steel pop rivets. Out of the package I had 2 problems. 1) Not assembled fully and had to screw the head on to the mechanism. 2) The wrench for changing the nose pieces was missing. Should have brought it back but it was the only one in the store.
Also this tool struggles to install steel 3/16 rivets.

Poor quality tool
After 8 rivets the tip threads failed and tip ejected from tool. Will not be purchasing this tool again.

Weak
Got this cpl weeks ago as my old ones decided to quit working after years of service and had to have for the job. Right off the bat they started failing. Swivel head is loosening up and the way it all works once it’s to loose it won’t work the teeth to pull and pop the rivet. Had to set them aside and get my spare from home. Sad they couldn’t even make it through one job.
