Description
Used in conjunction with an AeroPilates reformer, the box and pole helps in supporting and stabilizing the entire body and increasing poise and control. By adding elevation to AeroPilates workouts, the durable, padded box is great to involve more complex combinations of muscles, bringing a greater flexibility and range of motion. The extendable AeroPilates pole assists in standing exercises without loss of balance. The included workout video gives complete instructions on how to use this set.

Box is a big thumbs-up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the box and pole for a couple weeks now, and love love love how many more exercises I'm able to do on the reformer with the addition of the box. For me, the pole and strap were more of "extras" than what motivated me to buy the set, and I truthfully have barely used either. Box is sturdy, well-padded. Handles are comfortable and secure- glad i went for it.

Takes the reformer to the next level!
I am really glad this came back into stock! The box has taken my workout to the next level. It's a bit heavy, but I appreciated it because it doesn't go anywhere! The pole is also great. Locks firmly into place and easily adjustable mid workout.

Surprisingly stable
I used the box during my virtual class with my instructor and it worked great. Nice to have more options. I was worried it wouldn’t be stable enough but it is. It’s also well padded.
