Description
X Series residential wiring device humidity/vacancy sensor offers an array of new features, such as flush mounting, easy installation, and connectivity. The rated operational voltage of this sensor is 120 V. The mechanism with fixing frame belongs to X Series aesthetic group. The connection are screw terminal. Its matching mounting box can be recessed into the surface of the wall for flush mounting. The sensor is made of metal and plastic making it resistant and durable. It features protective painted surface treatment. It offers 180° field-of-view from Passive Infrared Sensor that detects movement up to 800 square feet and set relative humidity levels between 45 and 80%. It benefits from a combination of fan switch, humidity sensor and occupancy sensor, constituting a time and space saving for your interior. This sensor has a width of 43 mm and a height of 103 mm. By being mercury free and heavy metal free, this sensor switch is cUlus certified.
- Two independent push buttons provide manual control of the fan or light
- Switching between occupancy detection (lights On/Off are fully controlled) and vacancy detection (lights manual On and auto Off)
- Independent light sensor won’t turn lights on if ambient light in room is sufficient; Fan and light timing can be independently set in increments of 10, 20, or 30 minutes
- Relative humidity level can be set between 30-85%
- Rear colour-coded wires make for fast connection to electrical system, neutral wire is required for operation

It was put in our craft room and has done great turns on when i open door which is great to walking and just have lights turn on when door opens. easy instruction to set up and like the color white matches all my other outlets. I will recommend to friends and family.

I don't think I've ever seen this or heard of this from or in other houses! Definitely a nice upgrade. Oh and the best part, the clear instructions are easy to follow and you can litterally do it yourself with a little patience! I'd definitely recommend upgrading !

You have to read the instructions carefully and know your way around electrical (or have someone set it up for you) but we love the simplicity of this item and how much it helps
