Manufacturing Quality Needs Improvement
This desk is large and spacious. The finish is very nicely done. However there are manufacturing defects that mar the quality of this product.
One of the mounting hole for the slider was off. I had to drill a new hole for it.
The worse part is that the drawers are misaligned. The top and bottom drawers don't line up from the front and side.

Assembly instructions horrible/nice desk
Great desk, but instructions were horrible (and most parts not labeled). Takes longer to put together because of that, but once it's together it looks nice.

Useful and Beautiful Desk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The South Shore Desk in Rubbed Black has 2 drawer including a file drawer. The desk is perfect for smaller areas and keeps documents and other important items in the drawer. This has desk is sturdy and took a few hours to assemble everything together. It was project to work on but the instructions were helpful. I did have to find some more screws to make it more secure and it did help. The desk is nice for a place to study or place the laptop at. I like the rubbed black color of the wood and it look natural. I think this is a good desk for a small room and isn't too heavy when it is assemble which makes it easy to move if you need to.

Great item!

Sturdy, Spacious, and Stylish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this desk! My son, who is a college student, took his time assembling it. This was his first time putting furniture together so while it did take him a few hours, I believe it would take your average DIYer a shorter time. The desk is sturdy (no wobbling) and has enough surface space for a laptop and monitor. There is a separate tray that holds the keyboard. There are two drawers that are deep enough to store a lot of items including books, folders, paper, and accessories. I'm very happy with this desk and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a desk that is high quality with a modern look!

Wonderful, solid desk, gorgeous look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this desk to replace a family members desk. It's wonderful. Perfect height, sturdy, the drawers are a great perk. The storage in this thing is great for the size. The box it comes in is HEAVY but don't let that fool you. Once it's built, it isn't nearly that heavy. We were able to build it within about an hour easily. One small part broke but it wasn't necessary for the integrity of the desk so we aren't concerned. Would absolutely recommend buying this wonderful desk! We love it!

Nice study desk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this desk for child. It is nice and small fits nicely and is very sturdy. It has nice Cherry finish. There are a couple of drawers as well to keep stuff
in. It was easy to assemble. Surfaces wipes off clean.
