Love this company!
Love love love this company! This is my third purchase and we they have all been undamaged with all needed hardware. It is sturdy, affordable and looks good. I can't stress enough how much I would recommend these products. The first two dressers I assembled alone. With this chest of drawers, I had back up.

Missing Hardware, Chip in drawer and top
It's a nice set I'm just disappointed that I can't assemble one of the drawers plus on of the drawers has a noticeable nick or chip in it...when I assembled the nightstands there were very minor blemishes so I was okay with that but this chest came with only hardware to assemble 4 of the 5 drawers and 2 drawers had noticed damage...1 of which I super glued the 'fake wood paper' down to particle board so looks okay... but the other I guess I need a marker to try color exposed particle board chip... I don't want to wait 10 days for replacement parts so I'll probably go to canadiantire and buy parts from another company furniture assembly line and try mcgivor the last drawer together as it's the cam nuts and bolts I don't have but the tracks for putting in the drawers came with it.
I'm somewhat disappointed and probably won't buy from southshore again as it's a hassle...these furniture pieces look good from far but are far from good... I like that they were a Canadian company and made in Canada though...but flaw in shipping damaged pieces with missing hardware...need better quality control.
I'm also putting together the 6 drawer dresser now and am disappointed with scratches and a noticeable hunk/nick taken out of the top part (piece A) but I will probably just make do and assemble it anyways as waiting 10 days for replacement is far too long and again just trying use a marker or something to fill in the gouge and maybe put my small tv on top to cover it or a coaster or something...
Good prices, nice furniture from far but damaged and poor quality control...
