Description
The Sopra-XPS 40 from Soprema® is a high-performance, rigid insulation made of extruded polystyrene. It is designed for heavy load applications requiring high-density insulation. These applications include inverted roofs, such as green roofs and roof terraces, as well as certain applications under foundation slabs that support heavy loads. It enjoys an excellent long-term thermal performance (R-5 per inch), exceptional water, moisture and mould resistance. It features a high compressive strength is lightweight and durable making it easy to cut, handle and install

Ecological Attributes
This product is certified by GREENGUARD (Gold), attesting that it has less of an impact on indoor air quality. The concentrations of the total volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehyde are less than 0.22 mg/m3 and respect emission limits for more than 360 VOCs, reducing the impact on human health in the home.
