Description
This unique sun shelter is designed to be an extension of your home. The durable aluminum structure and the roof made of polycarbonate panels can be left outside in any season. The Pompano allows you to be protected from the sun, all the while letting some sunlight pass through. With its included nylon mosquito netting and privacy curtains, you can enjoy the outdoors without bugs or nosey neighbors!
- The Pompano is made of a high quality aluminum structure.
- The roof is made of UV protected 8 mm thick tinted polycarbonate sheets panels which allow a part of the light to pass through.
- There is a two-track system to receive the nylon mosquito net and privacy curtains included.
- No need to store the roof away for the winter. The snow should always be removed from the shelter.

It appears from the reviews people are happy with the product except for the roof panel material. Can it be replaced with a solid plexiglass product? I need to know before I buy.

Can I replace my damaged poly carbonate sheets with metal sheets which was using in other sojag models

I bought this a month or so ago, the instructions suck, some holes are not in the proper location so the fit and finish suck. The bolts in general are cheap and round out quickly.

Don’t bother
Bought mine a couple of years ago, and even though it’s a pain to remove the panels every fall and put them back in the spring… the kicker is they do NOT stand up to HAIL. My panels are trashed now, due to a hail storm in Winnipeg. I have reached out to the vendor and they only offer replacement panels…i would need 8 panels for $50/panel plus shipping!!! What a waste of money.

Panels with holes all over after hailing
Panels penetrated by hail … now holes every where. Disappointed on quality of the panels. How to get them replaced? I loved it for the shade …but not any more as it breaks too easily.

We love ours. Have had it for a few years. Just slide panels back for winter. Common sense says this is not going to support our snowfalls.

Does not last
This awning is far from durable. It did not last us even one year. We bought in April 2021 and now February 2022 beams have bent and plastic pannels have snapped from snow and ice. We had removed the snow but due to the angle and the ridges it is extremely difficult and almost impossible to remove the snow. Had to push it off from the bedroom window, which was still difficult with the steal beams running through the pannels. I do not recommend this to anyone!!! Don't even know if it can be repaired... might just have to buy a whole new awning. Waste of money!

Holes in every single panel on the top. Not great at all if u want to last more than two years !

Very long Disappointed
I bought this in 2021 and it did not hold up in winter conditions. Icicle from roof top went right through the pane and weight from snow bent 2 support beams. Too soon to say whether I can repair, snow has been removed and I am hopeful we can at least get another summer. Disappointed. Friend has the same gazebo, same weather conditions and no damage.

Only lasted 2 years without holes in roof
The roof panels only lasted 2 summers without holes. They get brittle over time and need to handle with care when removing for the winter. I need to get new ones now but they are very expensive and don’t know where to get them. May have to tear down and get a better product. Maybe this company can give us a better price on the replacement panels given the situation.
