Will these work for the 12x16 Monaco ?

Unfortunately it would not be compatible and Lowes do not carry the Monaco curtains.

I bought this at the end of the season last year. Didn’t put up til last week. Trying to zip the last panel together was extremely difficult. Two panels of the zippers ripped just trying to zip it. Plus the loops that attached at the top was missing the metal part around the hole, so that is going to rip soon as well.
If it weren’t for these issue I would prob like it.

Poor quality
I had these curtain up for a week and the rivet ripped off one of the corners. The design is poor as well as you need to have the hooks from the bug net curtains that came with the gazebo to go thru the hole in these curtain to fasten to each post! I didn't want to have the bug screen up just to use these curtains. They should have tie downs on the bottom of the curtains as well to help with wind damage. I took them down.
