Poor design! Disappointing manufacturer response.
The metal used on this is too flimsy and the screws ripped out through the metal on all of the posts and support brackets causing the gazebo to collapse. The manufacturer would not assist with anything as the warranty is only one year and does not cover wind or storm damage. If you are buying this I would highly recommend modifying all of the screw points to provide more reinforcement, as the manufacturer should have included in the design.

Sojag 16 ft x 12 ft
Bought this 2 summers ago, including the winter support post. It sags in the middle due to the long span and one of the supports has bent as a result. Should be more robust for such a dimension. Manufacturer did not provide assistance. I reinforced the frame myself, and purchased a replacement post myself. Was great before issues occurred after the first year (and the warranty period).
