I have not been successful in locating the winter support post. Can I substitute and use a 4x4 or similar to provide support avoid roof collapsing over winter. Thanks

Great until we had a bit of wind.
Was so happy with this gazebo, had installed by Lowes and it is beautiful. So disappointed today as the leg buckled at the upper joint after wind last night.

Decent
For the most part, a decent product. Their idea of sheet metal screws are a joke, luckily I had proper ones that did the job. It will be interesting to see how this roof holds up to a Canadian winter.

Looks great. We started building it at 9am,took a midday break for 4 hours to avoid the sun and finished it the following morning. All in all, it took about 6 hours of continuous work to build. We were extremely helpful with the end result. The price was fair. We suggest building during the week so that you can call the help line for any clarification on the instructions. Help line was extremely helpful. No complaints here. Wonderful addition to our deck.

An absolutely nightmare to put together
Run away fast from these metal gazebos. They are complete nightmare to put up. Whomever designer these so be ashamed of them selves. There are next to impossible to install. My husband and I are very handy people and I wish I had built my own wood gazebo. This ridiculous contraption has taken at least 25 hours to install as there are about 250 bolts or screws to install. And the quality - garbage. Complete waste of money.
