This Snow Joe(R) cordless electric snowblower is perfect to tackle winter and its snowfalls. It is equipped with a powerful brushless, two-stage engine of 2500 W, powered by two iONMAX batteries of 40 V and 5 Ah each. Offering an intake height of 13" (33.02 cm) and a clearing width of 24" (60.96 cm), this self-propelled snow blower features an integrated lighting system, four speeds and a chute that can rotate over 180° to throw snow over a distance of 32'. In addition, the lithium-ion batteries offer a quiet runtime of up to 30 minutes, while the EcoSharp(R) technologie eliminates the risks of power fade for an optimal performance. Sold with two batteries and one dual port charger, this innovative product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

useless in wet snow.
Bought this used for a low price. It cannot move wet snow at all...except as a plow! Would be upset to have paid full price.

Great for residential use
After two winters in Idaho it is still going strong. It easily clears up to 3 inches of snow from my 38' x 40' driveway and sidewalks. Great battery power and no need for gasoline, oil or fussy carburetor. It's easy to store and it's quick and easy to get going. My only cons are that the blower chute leaks snow out through the articulating joint and back onto the pavement and top of the machine. I also replaced the thin stamped steel scraper edge with a 1/4" steel edge that is much more efficient at scraping the driveway.

Not a good experience
Finally got to use in the week’s past storm, and it failed miserably in the wet, heavy snowfall. Auger and chute had to be cleared repeatedly, and the ensuing drain on the batteries meant dead blower until recharge. Thankfully my neighbor came to the rescue ... with his gas snow blower. This was a big mistake, costly purchase.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made
Here’s the true story. It’s wishful thinking! This product failed to accomplish 1/2 of what it claims to be capable of. It is weak and powerless. The most I can get is 10 minutes before the batteries die, not 30 as stated. I will be contacting customer service.

Great Customer Service
After putting together (easy) my snowblower, the chute did not turn side to side. Customer Service made some suggestions (very quick turn around on email responses) which did not work. 2 days later a brand new one arrived, it seems to work fine (no snow yet) and the old one was picked up and taken away. Will review again once I use it.

Amazing product
We purchased our snowblower towards the end of last winter. It was a brutal winter with shoveling every day, We finally decided to invest in a battery-operated blower and ordered a snow joe. I am impressed, the moment the blower arrived the snow stopped. I don't know how the company did it but thank you. We are hoping to have the chance to try out our new machine but if it doesn't snow even better. I highly recommend this machine, it works miracles.

We have a very steep long driveway here in the San Jacinto Mountains of Southern California . I was a little hesitant about ordering the blower , after using three times in so was feel as 18 inches it has performed extremely well!
