Nice faucet but....
Purchased two of these faucets for a double sink vanity a few years back. Nothing wrong with the operation of these faucets but the finish seems problematic with pitting and corrosion within the first year. Pfizer was very good in providing replacement units but one of the new units is now showing similar issues. No harsh chemicals are used for cleaning so we're at a loss as to why. I must say that I am very impressed with the warranty service from Pfizer. Couldn't give this product a 5 star quality rating due to issues with finish, but this is a solid unit.

Hard water builds lime scale all around the tip of the faucet. Stains the brushed nickel finish. Contacted customer service and they told me "Too bad, you own it".
Not very good service for a customer that purchased two of these expensive faucets that now look terrible because there is no way to clean them without destroying the brushed nickel finish.

Simple and Elegant.
Has been in use for over 6 months, I like it as much as day one. Easy to use and install. Looks great in the modern bathroom.
