Wish the blade attachment was easier to use
Overall, this is an excellent tool. Ergonomically good, performance good. I appreciate that I can use it for a prolonged time w/o it getting too hot where I need to handle it. I wish the blade attachment (so far, it hasn’t not worked) was a little easier to use.

Perfect for demo! Grab one up!
This saw is JUST what we needed. My small remodeling and handyman business has had bad luck with saws in the past but after one use, this saw had proven itself. It is a powerful unit for sure but it is incredibly comfortable to handle. Vibration is kept at a minimum compared to units we've used in the past which is monumental on demo days. I love it! Zero-regrets purchase!

Great Amazing Powerful Reciprocating Saw!
Amazing and very powerful!
I've had a 6 amp reciprocating for the last 20 years which died last month.
I said to myself "I'll buy the Skil 13 amp saw" What a great reciprocating saw!!!

Amplement puissant et très peu de vibration
Acheté en septembre 2023. Auparavant, j'utilisais une autre marque de scie alternavite, un modèle de 2011. La vibration de l'outil faisait que mes mains étaient toutes engourdies après seulement quelques minutes d'utilisation alors j'hésitais toujours à utiliser mon ancien outil.
Mais avec ce modèle-ci, dès la toute première utilisation, j'ai tout de suite vu que la vibration est vraiment réduite! C'est excellent! Acheté en rabais en plus, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que j'ai pu trouver. N'étant pas un professionnel, ça ne me donnait rien d'aller vers de plus gros modèles alors que celui-ci est amplement performant pour tous mes besoins présents et futurs. Chapeau Skil pour la fonctionnalité de réduction de vibration!
L'outil se tient bien en mains sans glisser grâce à l'enrobage noir. La poignée et l'interrupteur sont ergonomiques et faciles à manipuler. Le cordon est suffisamment long. Bon design!
La seule chose supplémentaire que j'aurais appréciée aurait été un pied ajustable en hauteur. Mais pour le reste, rien à redire.

I would not recommend this saw.
The worst thing about this saw is how hot it gets within 10 minutes of use. Too hot to hold. I have had many saws over the past 40 years. I'm not a beginner. A nice feature would be an oscillating setting.

Love the rubber handhold. Good power. It is a little heavy but worth it. Feels strong and durable.
