This 30" Single Wall Oven with Even-Heat(TM) True Convection provides consistent heating and even cooking. A unique bow-tie shaped design and convection fan helps ensure that there are no burnt edges or undercooked centers. The Temperature Probe delivers accurate measurement of internal temperatures of meats, poultry, and casseroles without opening the oven door for perfectly cooked food. The oven's bold design details are the perfect balance of elegance and functionality.

Works great!....Plus some suggestions to improve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is much to learn about its features and I'm just getting started -- but so far it bakes great! Everything is even and done. Love that shelf on rollers!
If KitchenAid engineers read this, here are some suggestions:
1. A setting to control the "beep" tone. The tone itself is weird: not a beep, but a blee-doop. And I wish it had a volume control in case I'm in the next room.
2. A setting for display brightness. It's bright like a night-light.
3. And a Delay Start function. Always good to have so the oven is ready to go when I am.
