This single-handle kitchen faucet has a spring neck pull-down and offers a water flow of 2.2 gallons per minute. It has a zinc handle, an ABS cylindral spray head and the valve and body are made of brass in an elegant chrome finish. Poor Quality / Service
Replaced the spray nozzle once under warranty, no problem, no questions asked. When the spring failed on the replacement, outside of warranty, RONA directed me to the manufacturer, who told me they don't support the product any longer and referred me back to RONA. So in the end, nobody supports the product and I will have to replace the faucet at my cost due to the failure of a cheap, simple spring in the nozzle head.

Buyer beware
Withing 6 months of installation the defuser buttons (shower/stream functions) stopped working rendering the faucet useless

Stay Away, Save yourself time and money
I had a kitchen for 13 years, deicded to change up the kitchen and bought an UBERHAUS faucet. Big mistake.
Just over a year in, the hot water stopped working, next day, cold water stopped working. Called Mecanair, and they took 4 days to send a cartridge, which DID NOT work.
I call back mecanair (uberhaus) and I'm now told that the warranty only covers the cartridge, the hose, arm and other components aren't covered.
Rona needs to stop carrying UBERHAUS faucets.

Ne perdez pas votre argent
après lecture des commentaires des autres, je realise que j'ai été chanceuse. Ce robinet aura tenu le coup près de deux ans... puis meme chose, les boutons restent pris et il coule par les boutons. Je ne ferai pas de demarche pour la garantie puisque ça semble être une perte de temps.. je n'arrive déjà pas a obtenir la ligne qui est toujours occupée... Je n'achèterai plus jamais de Uberhaus. très décevant.
