Description
Connect posts to concrete using the Simpson Strong-Tie saddles. Its 14-gauge metal fabrication features a hot-dip galvanized finish to ensure resistance to wear and rust. Designed with perforations for drainage, this RCPS rebar carport saddle won't contribute to rot from weather.

- Made from 14-gauge steel

what is the measure of the rebar for the 6 x 6 saddle? Also our post is 6 x 6 wood. Wil it fit in this saddle?

Recalled apparently due to a safety issue
I went into my local Rona today and asked for these, and the associate said "ohhhh, uhhh, I'm pretty sure all of these got recalled for a safety issue, I can't help you"
So either the product gets one star because it's not safe, or the store gets one star for having lazy employees. Either way my rating stands.
