It can be painted, stained, or sanded, and it's completely waterproof once it's cured. This product comes in a grey finish and is backed by a 1-year warranty.

Can this sealant be sanded or ground level?
I have put a bead in cracks in my concrete garage floor, but did not realize I needed to smooth I level with floor. Can the small rounded bump be sanded down or ground level with the floor?

Great sealant
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far it's been performing wonderfully! I used it to seal the saw cuts in my garage. First I removed dirt from and vacuumed all the saw cuts. then I used foam caulking rope to fill in the first half inch of the cut (so I wouldn't use so much sealant), then, very carefully, applied the caulking to the seam. It levelled itself beautifully and dried to a semi hard seal. I let it dry for 3 days before driving on it. So far it's working out very well. Time will tell if it holds up to the driving over, hot tires, road salt and dirt this is thrown it's way but I have high hopes. It looks like very strong stuff. Very pleased so far.
