Description
Buffer your floor edges against mechanical damage using this Shur-Trim wooden floor edging. It covers the joint between floors of different heights to ensure a neat and uniform transition. Crafted from natural oak wood, this transitional moulding is durable. Its tough hardwood build resists accidental splits and cracks to support use in areas with high foot traffic. Equipped with pre-drilled pilot holes, the 3/8-in W x 1 3/4-in H x 6-ft L, oak floor edging is easy to install. Since it's attached to the subfloor, it allows expansion and contraction of flooring due to temperature and humidity changes. With a natural oak wood colour and a grain pattern, this equalizing floor edge enhances a home's visual appeal. Its unfinished surface readily accepts paint, stain and varnish, which enables you to match or accent your interior decor.
