Nice coffee maker with multiple brew size settings
Generally a good product. Really like the multiple brew sizes. Only problem is that it still drips after finish tone and powered off, necessitating the cleaning of the warming tray after each use.

I love it!
This is my second Coffee Ninja. I don't even look at other coffee makers. My first one still works.. I've had it for many years. I just wanted an upgrade. I absolutely love the frother.

Great but not for long term
I bought this 10 months ago, have been having issues with it not working and auto resetting the time. I had to plug and unplug about 10 times to get it to work. Beware of their after sale service, I just called to get it serviced or at least get to send it back so they could fix it since it’s on warranty, all they can offer is a video call where they won’t be able to tell the problem, so I have no solution unless I wait till the next time it happens and go without coffee to video call them.

Awesome system!
I love this coffee system! My husband likes his plain black coffee and wanted a pot so he could pack a couple travel mugs easily for work and I wanted to make espressos and coffee house creations. This was the perfect system to make us both happy!

Poorly designed basket lid, too tall
We own multiple Ninja products. This is our third coffee maker. What a disappointment. The new design is terrible. The unit is so tall that you have to pull it out to the edge of your counter to open the access lid to the filter basket high enough or to use the Nespresso single serve. We have standard height cabinets above our counter and yet this unit cannot be accessed while pushed back against the wall. The basket lid won’t raise high enough to remove the filter basket.
The water reservoir is in the back. This requires plenty of space to the right-hand side of the unit to access it for removing and reinstalling.
The filter basket lid is just a poorly designed plastic friction retention system. This is already wearing out and having trouble staying in the down or locked position after just a few months of use.
Notice the promo and marketing photos all show the unit on a wide-open countertop island or with some random shelves mounted high enough to not block the opening of the filter basket.
The “rich brew” is simply the unit reducing the amount of water that is dispensed into the carafe. If you want a full pot of coffee, then you cannot chose “rich brew”. Rich Brew = 47 ounces, Classic Brew = 55 ounces.
When using the Nespresso single serve the unit vibrates so much when brewing that your cup literally will shake off of the adjustable cup stand and spill your drink.
Stick with the 10-Cup specialty coffee maker model and save yourself the waste of money that this unit is.

Really disappointed in this product
Have had several Ninja coffee machines in the past. This one is nowhere near Ninja's standards. It drips, leaks, and holds moisture in the section you add grounds. Holding moisture is a mold risk. We tried purchasing a reusable basket to keep the mess down and it does not help. Not worth the cost. The only function that works well is the Nespresso pod portion.

Not Good.
Espresso part does not work at all. Very annoying. It does not puncture the capsules properly so any time it’s used, it’s very watery espresso. No matter what i do, it still will not work properly.
