Description
This set of 4 tools from DeWALT includes: DRILL (DCD780): 0-600/0-2000 RPM. Variable speed, reversible. Heavy duty 1/2" ratcheting chuck. Compact and lightweight design. High-speed transmission delivers 2 speeds for a range of fastening and drilling applications. Ergonomic handle offers comfort and control. RECIPROCATING SAW (DCS381): 0-3000 SPM. 1 1/8" Stroke length. The 4-position blade clamp allows for flush cutting and increased versatility. Pivoting adjustable shoe. IMPACT DRIVER (DCF885): 0-2800 RPM, 0-3200 BPM. Maximum torque of 1,400 in/lb. Compact and lightweight tool. 1/4" Hexagonal chuck. 3 LED lights with 20-second delay after trigger release, provides visibility without shadows. Excellent For DIY
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 4 tool combo kit. Tools are light but sturdy. Good quality. Easy to control, I can easily vary pressure on triggers for precision speed. I really like the batteries ability to show charge. I bought these to replace Dewalt tools that were 25 years old, and have no regrets.

Perfect set for light commercial work!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set for one of my apprentices. It was reasonably priced and hand the basics. Light, comfortable and durable. Battery packs held up well while we peppered sheet metal ductwork with screws and hung straps. Pleasantly surprised surprised. Might get me another as a back up for myself.

Upgrade from Ryobi to DeWalt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an avid Ryobi purchaser for a decade until I recently had to remove a screw with my Ryobi impact driver that was set in with a DeWalt impact driver. The Ryobi did not have enough power to remove the screw and I had to finally use a breaker bar to get a screw loose. This one instance has led me to be an avid DEWALT purchaser from here on out. I started the DEWALT journey with the purchase of this 4-Tool Combo kit and have used all the tools many many times without any issues. I am actually surprised that the flashlight is probably used the most out of this tool combo considering I thought it was just a side note tool associated with the combo kit considering I rarely used my Ryobi flashlight. The flashlight design makes this one of the primary tools as it is comfortable in the hand and provides excellent illumination. I have used this flashlight as the primary flashlight over all my other flashlights when it comes to going in the woods or work in any item outside in the dark.
All the other tools associated in this 4-Tool combo have held up well and performed flawlessly either around the house, working on vehicles or assisting my dad on his farm.
The only draw back of this 4-Tool Combo is the 2.0 Ah batteries included in the kit. The 2.0 Ah batteries are sufficient for most work around the home however the 5.0 Ah and 6.0 Ah DEWALT batteries are more preferred when performing extensive work like removing shrubs/branches or demolishing with the reciprocating saw or building a deck with the impact driver. Fortunately, i do have 5.0 Ah and 6.0 Ah batteries but it would have been nice to have those types of batteries included in this kit.

Meets most work needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago to replace a Porter Cable set that was worn out. It meets most of the tool needs I have for cordless tools. Only complaint is the batteries don't have enough amp hours. Bought some extra batteries with more capacity.

Survived a fire from
Survived a fire
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this kit for winning the state level of the Skills USA competition. I have been using it regularly for the past three years on the job as an HVAC Journeyman, and at home, the tools are still going strong. The drill was in the back seat of my truck when a fire started in the bed while driving down the interstate, the bed and cab burned for about 15 minutes before the fire department put it out. We found the drill and battery the next day, both still function even after the fire and water and have been recently used in projects around the house. These are top quality tools that I will continue to use personally and professionally fir years to come.

Good combo but one broken item
The combo is perfect but as I opened the box and pulled everything out charged the batteries I tried them in all the tooks and only the flashlight didn’t turn on not too concerned but hopefully dewalt will replace it

Bought new, saw never worked
The drill and drivers work great. When I went to use the reciprocating saw for the first time, it didn’t work. Getting assistance on line is impossible
