Incorrect dimensions in description. Staff no help
Actual dimension in 3 1/2” x 3 1/2”. Website clearly states “actual dimensions 4” x 4”.

Bad storage maybe
I bought 10 of these for a small project. They were not just wet but really soaked. Well, I thought it's OK and left them away from direct sunlight to dry. The next day four of them were badly cracked. Probably the problem is not the product itself but... the result is disappointing. If I have put them at an extreme cold or heat while they are still wet and not covered with a protective layer I would accept that it's my fault, but it was not the case.

Not really 4"x4"
Some 4x4 are actually 4", and some are closer to 3.5".
These are shown in the RONA detail as actually 4"w and 4" deep.
Not so.
Made my fence building very difficult as the existing metal braces were 4".
