Used regular top soil and seed and had a lot of patches left over where the seeds didn’t grow then I used this product and it was like magic, 3 days I could see then germinating

I started applying this 3 weeks ago, it is amazing, follow the instructions, which are easy, and maintain watering regularly per instruction, growth is 2 1/2 ins already , some patches I did later but grass already sprouting , wish I had seen this product earlier in the season , would highly recommend.

Poor results
Have applied the seed on a small patch three times and the results are the same, no grass ! Won’t waste my money on this product again

Do not buy!!
Applied last year to help fill in patch area after patio stones installed. The seed germinated but did not come back after our winter. And basically killed what was there previously! Not only did I waste money purchasing but it’s costing me to repair what it killed!

Not a great product
Will not buy again, so start off its way more expensive then buying dirt/compost & fertilizer & seed separately .. its such a repetitive process even following the directions, some spots start to sprout and others will not.. some spots i have gone over multiple times
