3e bris de ce produit en 3 ans, le 3e produit, fourni par la garantie, a brisé 2 mois à peine après son installation... À chaque fois le même problème, la serrure électronique ne fonctionne pas, cela tourne dans le vide, impossible de barrer ou débarrer avec le code, toutefois cela fonctionne avec la clé. Les 2 premières fois le service à la clientèle a remplacé le produit, mais pour la 3e fois le service à la clientèle n'a même pas répondu à ma demande de garantie... Bref, après 3 bris il est de toute façon très clair que je n'acheterai plus jamais de cette marque, j'ai acheté du Weiser et très satisfait jusqu'à présent!!!
Ne gaspillez pas votre temps et argent sur ce produit...

Great product
Very Solid and dependable (so far!) We bought more for our other doors.
Easy to install, BUT check your door opening first though. You'll want it to be 2 1/8" (54mm). If it's smaller than that you'll need to cut a larger opening which adds to the installation time.

Not built for Canadian winter
Broke for the second time in 3 years, same problem each time. The lock spin in the void from the outside, but everything works fine from the inside... It broke each time during the winter, it is definitely not built strong enough for Canadian winter.

Love my keypad.
We just replaced ours with the exact same one. We had it for at least 10 yrs and it still has its finish and buttons.
Replacement was due to malfunctioning.
Batteries were not the problem. It didn’t owe us anything.

all around excellent
We purchased this lock about 8 years ago and it has worked perfectly. Recently the keypad has started to have "wear & tear" issues. I am going to replace with the exact model.

Works great in warm weather
Nice lock in warm weather. Once the cold hits, it stops. The actuator inside is weak and stops engaging the deadbolt when it gets cold.

I love this lock! ...when it works
This lock is incredibly handy and I love that the battery power is not used to push the bolt, but it only catches about half the time. We've tried changing the battery, the factory reset, etc. No change. Very disappointing.
