No way to get the thick door extention kit!
There is no real support neither from Allgone/Schlage, nor from the local store! I've spent hours to get a Catch22 type of "you can get the kit only through the local dealer", "we cannot order it - go get it from the site". Of cource ther is no such item on Rona's site! How pathetic!
