Description
This Samsung 4-door refrigerator offers 25 cu. ft. of storage space and features SpaceMax Technology(TM) which creates more room inside without increasing external dimensions or compromising energy efficiency. Store easily a wide range of items thanks to adjustable spill-proof glass shelves and the Flex Zone(TM) drawer. The latter comes with four different temperature settings (Wine, Deli, Beverages, Meat) and features an adjustable Smart Divider to organize items in a specific way. What's more, this ENERGY STAR® appliance is equipped with a filtered water and ice dispenser which produces up to 10 lb of ice per day and stores up to 4.2 lbs. Plus, the refrigerator uses the Twin Cooling Plus(TM) system which cools the fridge and freezer compartments independently and preserves food in the optimal conditions. Finally, the sophisticated stainless steel exterior is fingerprint resistant so you can spend less time cleaning.

Horrible fridge
Bought this fridge 1.5 years ago. Ice machine freezes up and now the fridge component isn’t work. Funny how it stops working half a year after warranty ends.
Samsung wants nothing to do to try and make it right.
STAY AWAY. !!!!

Ice Max won’t make ice
We’ve had this fridge for approximately 2 years and one day the ice maker just stopped making ice. We’ve done all the trouble shooting and even did the factory reset that Samsung itself says should only be used as a last resort. No one in our area will fix Samsungs so we took a gamble with it. The ice maker works perfectly if it has ice in it. We’ve been filling it with bagged ice multiple times a day and it works great. It just won’t make any ice. I’ve tried googling but can only find “ice masters” and not “ice max’s” so they are of no use. Samsung is a huge disappointment in their products and their ability to have someone come out and repair it.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
0 stars, but it forces you to at least give one star. HORRIBLE product. One week of receiving the fridge the compressor went out while we were on vacation. We came home to a mess!! Now, not even after having the refrigerator for a year the compressor has gone out AGAIN resulting in yet again another fridge and freezer full of ruined food. I cannot believe you can't engineer a compressor that actually WORKS. It's under warranty for two more weeks but 6 months down the road we are, I'm sure, going to face the same problem. This is completely unacceptable!!!

Great refrigerator for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to replace to replace the existing one in our newly purchased home. Love the Samsung features since we've had a Samsung fridge in our old house. Love the middle drawer for some extra storage

Great refridgerator
We have had this fridge now for about 6 months. It has performed very well. The finger print resistant exterior does what it promises. The door controls work well. The extra flexible cooling drawer is awesome. We use it for drinks and for staging food to be packed for weekend trips to the cottage. The freezer is not as deep as we would like but otherwise works well. The adjustable shelves are a good feature and we actively use the feature.
My only reservation is the ice maker. I have not had a problem with its function. The quality of the ice is not as high as other onboard ice makers I have had on refridgerators. The ice cubes all seem to have a coating of frost on them. We use the ice maker each day. A previous LG fridge with an ice maker on the door did not have this issue.
Overall, this fridge has been excellent and I would recommend it.

Love the fridge the ice machine is a Thumbs Down
let me start by saying we have 5 kids 4 are boys who play sports .. while i love the fridge, the compartments and how organized i can keep everytning, as a personal trainer & a mom of boys who play football the ice machine is the slowest thing i have ever seen. the actual icedrop is so annoying it seems so ridiculous but filling daily gallon water bottles for sports has me standing waiting for cube by cube to drop
