Works but dangerous
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Works well, however if the door isn’t fully closed (like open just a crack) the microwave hums as if it is still running. Other then that no issues, but this issue started occurring weirdly just after 1 year of owning it. Not sure what is going on but we are extremely diligent on ensure it is completely completedclosed door.

Another one with a broken door latch.
We bought this a couple years ago, and the door latch broke last week. After researching online, it looks to be a well known issue among users. Have been mostly happy with it otherwise, but if I had known about this issue we would have gone with something else.

Low quality.
Bought this microvave 9 months ago and the door handle broke off at the top. Small plastic piece broke and cannot be repaired. Not covered under warranty.

Hey Samsung! this is unbelievable. It happened the same as to other users. Door latch broke and it seems that is more expensive fixing it than replacing it. All my major appliances are Samsung, but I'm very unsatisfied with ALL of them! What happened to your QC?

Only Got 2 Years of Use
Bought this microwave in March 2022 and it has already stopped working properly. Sensor cooking always over heated foods, and now the unit doesn't heat anything! We will replace it since repairing it would cost more than 50% of the price to buy a new one. Products today really aren't made the way they were yeaars ago.

Replaced 11yr old Samsung with New Version
I bought this microwave online to replace an 11 year old Samsung. So far everything works fine and control panel is similar. The only difference that I am dissatisfied with is that the interior is a dark colour, therefore you cannot see what you are cooking inside even with the light on. I much prefer the white interior.
