Works but dangerous
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Works well, however if the door isn’t fully closed (like open just a crack) the microwave hums as if it is still running. Other then that no issues, but this issue started occurring weirdly just after 1 year of owning it. Not sure what is going on but we are extremely diligent on ensure it is completely completedclosed door.

The handy perfect unit

The exhaust system is powerful and I love that it will change from high speed to a lower speed when you are cooking on the stove and using the microwave at the same time. Has a great selection for different cooking types also.

Worst microwave ever
This microwave makes me re-think the whole Samsung line and our family's loyalty to the brand. The door broke as soon as it was off warranty, and a replacement part cost more than the entire microwave originally cost. The microwave, upon repair, immediately shorted out, and each time the fuse was replace shorted again. We're sorry we ever purchased this

Poor Latch Door Quality
Samsung must accept responsibility and repair or change the microwave free of charge because of Poor Door Latch Material they have used for this microwave.
There are so many customers like me who have the same issue with broken latch door from different area.
Once you read the reviews and comment on YouTube will see how badly customers paid for the product that will not work last. Why do Samsung not replace the cheap plastic latch door to a metal? It this so difficult for you guys? Very disappointing for the big brand with cheap product.

Should have looked a lot closer at this microwave
I had a 1100 watt Panasonic microwave for 20 years that put this microwave to shame in cooking times. The features on the Pan, the door latch, the look were all superior to this model microwave. The kitchen timer and microwave cannot be used at the same time and this m/w is being sold in 2023. The other issue that I don't like about this m/w is the Pan had a white in side which made cleaning easy; the dark inside of this one makes it almost impossible to see minor spills etc. Would not purchase this unit again.
