Glass Cooktop Spontaneously Cracked
We moved in to a home two years ago with this appliance brand new. The stickers and plastic were all in tact and the appliance never used.
The top cracked with two pots on low on the burners. We've never dropped anything on the top and there is no reason this damage should have occurred.
Samsung only warranties the top for one year and wouldn't honour it regardless considering I'm the second owner.
Apparently they make ovens that are only good for two years.... You're on your own if it breaks and the replacement is half the value of the oven.

Very poor quality range of cooktop
Buyer beware!!!!!!
This is the worst range I ve got since my years of buying appliances. The cook top is made of very poor quality glass. The fact that the warranty does not cover the thermal breaks confirms that Samsung used a very poor quality glass. This is my 2nd time of replacing the glass top and it cracked again. I am taking every Samsung appliance and electronics out of my crib.

Samsung quality in appliances
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) You can get rid of so many small appliances and free up counter space. Toaster oven and air fryer no longer needed. Air fryer is easy to use and works perfectly. Such a game changer in kitchen appliances
