This amazing dryer from Samsung combines two dryers in one, a large capacity dryer for everyday clothes and a smaller compartment that does not tumble for clothes and other items that need gentle care. The MultiSteam(TM) technology can reduce and remove wrinkles, odors, bacteria and static. A vent sensor detects dust blockages and reminds you to clean your vent. With the Wi-Fi connectivity option, you can monitor remaining cycle time, receive alerts when the cycle is complete and schedule cycles from anywhere, using your smartphone. This appliance is also equipped with moisture sensors that protect clothes from heat damage by stopping the cycle when clothes are dry. The Smart Care option interacts with your appliance to perform an immediate diagnosis and send quick solutions to your smartphone.

Hinges made of plastic, designed to fail. Why Samsung? Why are you so dishonorable to your country and your customers.

Purchased a few years ago and within less than 6 months the upper washer started to leak even only loading a very small item (I believe this was not overload). The upper washer is useless. It is not worth

Horrible . Do not buy!!
I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased this thinking I would be able to use the top washer for my special needs sons items throughout the day , since it was typically a couple small items that had urine or drool on. I didn’t like them sitting around waiting for the “main” wash, and didn’t have time to wash them in the sink. I can’t tell you how excited I was to have this option and I could also use both washing machines at once!!
After maybe 6 months I was unable to use both washers. I kept getting error codes. I called Samsung and let me tell you they made me stay on hold for a VERY long time, only to tell ME how to repair my washing machine! I am not a repair man!! I spent $2k on this washer to save me time & it ended up being the biggest headache & costliest mistake.
I lost count at how many times they came out to my house (after waiting weeks for an appointment), and the 3rd guy that came out said Samsung is junk. Although I was still in warranty, they tried charging me. This was yet another fight with Samsung.
They temporarily repaired my machine, but one guy said since he came out and repaired it I couldn’t get that repair again. So if the same issue happened it’s all on me.
How is this even fair ? I ended up just using the main washer for another 5-6 months before it just died. I wasn’t able to use the smaller top washer, except for the first 6 months. I was told I was putting too much detergent. No, I wasn’t!! They give you a tiny cup that you’re supposed to fill & place on top of the clothes , and I only put half detergent in that which is the equivalent of 1/2 teaspoon. Give me a break!!
In the end (after one year), I was able to sell it to a repair man for $200. What a loss and a very expensive mistake.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like this dryer especially flex dry feature. it's packed with lots of features. It looks great and performance is outstanding. I gave 4 stars because I believe price is little higher as compare to other brands.
