Always unbalanced load
Had this machine for just over three years and every load is unbalanced…no matter what size load I put in….had it serviced and still the same issue…..now the detergent tray is always filling up with water….would appear that a seal has worn out that fills the water tray…. Lot of issues for a machine that is only three years old and that I paid a pretty penny for. From reading other reviews on this site and other sites, the unbalancing is very common after a few years of operation…seems to be a design flaw as it’ appears that many people have the exact same issue!

Buyer beware! Will never complete a cycle!!!!
Quite possibly the WORST washing machine EVER. Refuses to finish the smallest of loads without having to stop, rebalance, stop again, rebalance again, attempt to spin, attempt to spin, attempt to spin. We have done literally everything. Checked to see if ours was affected by the recall, nope. Big surprise. Even the appliance repairman said these are absolutely the worst machines and he won’t even work on them.

This washer is nothing but problems if you want to take all day to wash just 3 loads of laundry by all means purchase this garbage. Washer always Unbalanced always giving problems right out the factory.

I’ve had this washer for 3 years now. At first everything was working great & now we’re at the point where the washer machine is always saying unbalanced even for small loads. I’ve calibrated the machine and it’s still shaking terribly. Not only does it shake but then wastes water by refilling the washer of water again then trying to spin dry. I feel like I’m at the point where we need to get a new washer. I don’t think I’ll buy this brand again, although the dryer pair works really well and i love it. I do not recommend the washer.

Does not get clothes clean
This is the worst washer I have ever had. It does not clean clothes. No matter how few clothes you wash it never adds enough water to clean unless you use presoak and then it takes 2 hours to do one load and clothes still dirty. Doesn't agitate enough. Always unbalanced. Terrible.

Unbalanced Machine
This machine will become unbalanced with just a load of FOUR towels. When the machine becomes off balanced, it restarts the rinse & spin cycle in a continuous loop. I was trying to pinpoint the spike in my water bill, and this machine resetting the rinse & spin cycle was the culprit. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER IF YOU USE RINSE AND SPIN C
This washer is not capable of washing towels or sheets. The washer goes out of balance every time it gets to the spin cycle. Have tried folding sheets or towels. Doesn't matter as the washer goes pot of balance. So frustrating.

Will not balance after only 3 years
My forearms are tired from wringing out my clothes by hand every time I use this thing. I put them back in for it to try to respin, after carefully laying things out in a balanced way, I even spin the drum by hand to see if its terribly, off, then try again. And it just fills with water, making me do the whole thing over again.
I'm saving up for a different brand of washer, and for now, every time it has me rebalance, I turn the taps off so I at least won't have to wring my clothes out twice.
