easy to apply, good coverage, excellent finish
Rust-Oleum's frosted pearl topcoat is easy to spray and the spray pattern is easily controlled for maximum coverage, while the paint itself dries well even in my cold outdoor shed. I appreciated the nice big trigger for modulating output. VOC content is probably quite high as fumes are potent. The Frosted Pearl finish has an understated pearly sparkle.
