Description
This stone wool insulation by Rockwool has all the qualities needed to improve your life. It is non-combustible, water resistant, fire-resistant, can easily be cut and has an excellent sound absorbency. In addition to all of these features, it is chemically inert, moisture resistant, does not rot nor promote mildew, fungi or bacteria and is CFC and HCFC-free. The stone wool formula is made from natural and recycled materials. 3 x 23.25 x 47 in. 12-pack batts. Covers up to 61 sq. ft.

Some bad batches
I bought around 10 of these and at least 3 were unusable because they were so poorly made that they fell apart just trying to pick them up. I would guess that Rockwool had a production problem because the others were fine. Just be prepared that you might get faulty product.

I did not like working with this stuff. Very flimsy. No rigidity at all. Not like the videos show. Rating this with a two star is generous.
