Bad shipper "Day and Ross"
Arrived completely shattered after waiting nearly a month for it. There was a footprint on the box like some one walked on it. The shipper had not updated the shipping status and for weeks displayed the package on the other side of the country even after it had arrived. So far I've been offered 10% off to keep it. but as it is a destroyed solar panel, its worthless. Not Taking 30$ off a 300$ item that is completely destroyed. Waiting to hear about the replacement process.
