Good product itself, not the best for my situation
The quality of this product appears to be good. However, it is sensitive the water flow and pressure which poses a problem for my occasional low flow low pressure well pump.

Pretty amazing tankless water heater.
I've had it for close to 4 months now. It heats up my water super fast and is pretty efficient. My only complaint is it has a pen size hole that leaks water out of it at a very slow drip on the brass hot side that I can't do anything about. It came from manufacture that way.

Excellent product
We have had our tankless water heater for about 6 months. It works flawlessly. We installed it ourselves but I do not recommend that if you are not pretty handy. We initially had issues but the mistake was on our end. Once discovered, it worked great. Highly recommend!

We prefer Rinnai to the R***m ones. If we could afford it, we would replace the other two we have with Rinnai today. But we have to wait for the R***m totally fail.

I like having unlimited hot water, buyers need to understand the difference between unlimited and instant. This is not instant hot water.
