I bought this 1 year ago both lights full of water and burned out ring will not answer me back I sent pictures and it’s under the eves I have a year subscription I’m canceling because they don’t answer back about replacing it

Pretty good
Super handy to have these around the house. For the most part we haven’t had any issues, however the lights on one of them have become very dim. My husband called Ring and there’s nothing that can be done to fix them or swap out the lights or anything. The entire unit has to be replaced. And of course, it’s out of warranty.

Good floodlight camera for motion recording
If you want to buy a floodlight with live and record camera, Ring is one of the best brands for sure. It is very easy for installation & set up. They have video for step by step instructions with details. We could also set up the recording zone. It will alert you by the motion activation. The video quality is very good & high definition too. Because you have to hook up with electric cable, you don’t have to worry about your battery drain out & miss the recording. The app is for everybody even with low-tech person like my mom can easy to access. Overall, it’s really good product.

Great safety camera
We love our flight Kim, the night vision is really good in the video quality is clear the motion detector catches every car going by and it pops up on my app right away. Installation was easy because we had a outdoor light there so it connected no problem.

Worth it!!
We use one at work, and it has helped so much. It tells me if anyone comes to my door, day and night. And at night it has the light on to deter theirs from stealing our ac units again.

I really like these types of cameras because the motion sensor activates the light which makes it easier for you to see on the cameras. It should have a solar panel though.
