Description
This hinge fits 90-degree kitchen cabinet doors and features a built-in iron-nickel spring for smooth closings. The major advantage of concealed hinges, beyond the purely aesthetic value, is the ability to make minor adjustments very simply to the cabinet doors after they're installed. Model UC1062G 90 degree hinge
This is a specialized hinge that is designed to open a cabinet door to 90 degrees and stop it from banging into adjoining cabinets. Unlike other Richelieu products, ,it is sold as one each, without installation instructions or a screw package. So you have to go to the Richelieu website and find the install sheet for it {Model UC1062G). That should show you where to locate it for your cabinet doors.

Stiff mechanism
Obviously not the exact part as described. No inscription/engraving as shown, NO SCREWS (bad description - removing 3 stars), instructions nor packaging (came in an envelope). Too stiff mechanism in my opinion. I wouldn't use it on melamine as the screws would surely tear through the door or cabinet upon opening after some time. They are simply too stiff to be used on anything else but hard wood. Not taking off any stars for this since it's just not the right product in my case. Otherwise they look very tough and appear to be durable.
