Great hook... Horrible screws
This is a beautiful hook and is exactly the look and quality we were looking for. The mounting screws, however, are horrible. The screws have very small, soft, Phillips heads, that are incredibly easy to strip when installing, and because they are black to match the hook it is virtually impossible to find replacements. When will manufacturers learn the lesson they should never use Phillips screws, and should use Robertson heads instead? Geeez! If not for the screws, this is definitely a 5/5 hook.
