Dumb design
I've been using this product for a few months now and it is about as much fun to use as one ply toilet paper. The kill switch is in a very dumb position it is a tedious process to get going and when it does get going it can't idle for more than 10 seconds without dying. I'd recommend buying an echo product instead of this, I guess you could call it a trimmer.

It does its work.
I bought this one because my electric powered string trimmer was broken. This Gas trimmer is much stronger than the electric one that I had. The procedure to start, and maintenance of this product is not difficult. Much faster and stronger than electric one. Be aware of 2 cycle stroke (you have to mix with oil and gas). When I was making the decision to purchase this one, I was thinking of STIHL gas trimmer because I have been using it at work. This one is for my home but I do not think that there is big gap between STIHL one and this. I am satisfied with this gas trimmer.

No idea when it’s coming.
I bought this on May 26 (today is June 15). Still “processing order”. No idea when I’ll get it. Hopefully this calendar year. Recommend going in store or make sure it’s available.

Almost perfect!
I have 10+ hours on this unit now and it is great. Very powerful, it tears through the longest grass or brush I've been able throw at with ease. It starts up very quick, usually 2-3 pulls, however, if I turn it off it occasionally needs 10+ pulls to start again, but not every time. That bit is annoying, I usually keep it idling if I need to step away. Like a few reviews have commented, I had issues with the original line binding. But after redoing the coil myself leaving a little slack in the line it feeds properly. I have been using a Remington gas mower for the past few years and didn't hesitate to buy this trimmer on sale. In my experience Remington makes quality products with loads of power.
