Hello..I purchased one from the Oshawa location. The part which turns the snow exhaust chute seems to be missing something. I cannot see how it is connected. The manual is not clear with its diagram. Can I get a better illustration or an actual picture.

Poorly constructed
Used this snowblower for the first time yesterday, and the snow chute blew right off the top. All three plastic "pins" sheered off in the same spot.
Not sure what to do with it now.

Spend the extra money and buy a Husqvarna or Honda
I bought this blower last year. The first day I used it the impeller shaft blew apart. This year, the first day I used it the plastic directional shroud blew apart

Embout de câble en aluminium cheap.
Dès la première utilisation, le câble pour les vitesses (marche avant de 1 à 6 et arrière 1 et 2) l'embout du câble en aluminium à cassé. Donc seulement 1 vitesse d'avant et rien pour reculé. Je dois acheté un nouveau câble et ce même si la pièce est garantie pcq pas le temps d'attendre pour la réparation.
