The Aegean gas fire table is a welcome addition to most outdoor living spaces. Adding warmth and a relaxing ambience for any occasion. Available in mist gray or weathered slate and in multiple sizes, the steel table is finished with powered-coated paint for added weather resistance. The Aegean comes complete with a steel lid for increased functionality, red lava rock, polyester protective cover, and can be converted to natural gas by a Certified Gas Technician with the conversion kit that is included with the table. Enhance the look of your table with optional accessories like a propane tank cover, gas hose cover, and Real Flame fire glass.

Given the height of the table, does the propane take lay on its side inside the table?
No, the propane tank has to be separate. There is about a 6ft gas hose

On your specifications page it says that the propane tank location is internal, but a question asked 12 days ago says tank must be separate??? which one is it??

Great Look, love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this propane fire pit. It has a sleek and contemporary look, which I love. It is very heavy, but assembly is easy. I love that it comes with both a hard cover to turn it into a tabletop when not in use, and it also comes with a rain/snow cover, which is really nice and will help protect it from the elements. I love the look of the lava rocks with the flame. The only thing I would say could use improvement on this product is that there is no cover for the propane tank. Would recommend!

Wow do I feel high class
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down one of the best gas fire pits I’ve ever seen. Super easy to set up and it looks beautiful whether it’s on fire or just used as a table. The thick metal that was used is defiantly going to last a long time especially here in TX and since it’s painted inside and out it should hold up to rust for years to come. I do like that it came with a nice rugged cover with Velcro tie downs so it doesn’t blow off. The only thing is I wish it came with a little bit more rocks but I can always add other rocks or filler under the volcanic stones to fix that. Even though I got this in exchange for a review I totally would have bought this myself. It’s a high end fireplace that will enhance your outdoor area and make you feel really high class.

A beautiful addition to my backyard
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is something I didn’t know I needed for my backyard.
There is very minimal assembly for this fire pit; I just had to add the battery for the igniter switch, the lava rocks and attach the propane tank (it can be converted to natural gas, too). Plus, it’s fairly lightweight. My husband and I carried it at each end and easily moved it to an area by our pool.
Igniting the fire pit was easy. It took one hand on the switch to turn it on, and the other to push the igniter button. The switch also adjusts the height of the flame, which can get to a few inches high.
The fire pit comes with a metal cover for the area with the burner and rocks as well as a cloth cover for the whole fire pit table. It also has a metal ring stand for the propane tank.

Modern Look Great Fire Pit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this fire pit nice, sleek and modern feel. It was great and super easy to set up. Feels sturdy, good quality and feels like it will hold up over time. Have already used it a couple of times its been awesome. Can’t wait for the upcoming spring and summer nights will be perfect for bbq and entertaining guests sets such a nice ambience for outdoor spaces.

Would recommend Real Flame!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to claim the Aegean 42" Rectangle Steel Propane Gas Fire Pit Table by Real Flame and it's working out extremely well. We got the color 'Weathered Slate' and it has such a simple, concrete look to it. Fantastic piece, beautiful color and high-quality construction. Dead-simple operation, great flame. Perfect for smaller areas, but would look great in a larger setting as well. We also plan on purchasing the matching tank cover and table cover to really complete the set. Fits the space, was easy to convert to natural gas and install and provides the look we were hoping for. It is wood safe for anyone who may need to place this on their wood deck or porch which I think is a bonus considering it's aimed for everyone. It has an adjustable flame height which I also really like because sometimes you want a higher flame for roasting marshmallows and a lower flame for hanging around the fire!
Would recommend Real Flame products to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from them from now on for anything we may need! :)

Real Flame Fire Table
The fire table we purchased is working out extremely well. Fits the space, was easy to convert to natural gas and install and provides the look we were hoping for. The finish of the exterior looks like concrete and that’s what we wanted. Has fooled everyone! The flame is relaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend Real Flame and their products!

Concrete crumbling
I bought this two years ago and adore the look / size of it. Unfortunately over the last one year the concrete surface has begun the crumble and chip all over. I am very sad as I love the table and unfortunately it seems too weak to even contemplate resurfacing.

Exceeded expectations
Bought this a couple of months ago so that we could comfortably extend outdoor season, especially at this time of COVID. Purchasing such a large, costly item online was a bit daunting, however, we needn’t have worried. Rona was great with delivery - on time and it was easy for my husband and I to carry from driveway to back deck. The table itself is beautiful and excellent quality. It is best used in sheltered area if the objective is to use as heat source. The heat is incredible at 50,000 BTUs but need to be partially sheltered in colder temperatures. With 2 sides of house and overhead awning providing shelter, we were able to sit outside for 3 hours one evening at 5°C temperature, making it a lovely way to have 2m distance visit with a friend or two. Fire table is the right height to keep us warm. Tried to repeat on Christmas Day, however, -1C and wind made for a much shorter visit! If you plan to hook it up to natural gas line, you definitely need to have a professional gas fitter. This is not a DIY project! We may purchase another one for cottage to use with propane tank - better than campfire smoke getting in eyes!
