is this 0.5 micron filter or not. I'm looking for 0.5 microns filter.
As listed in the description, the VC1 cartridge (RONA # 1196029) is a 1 micron nominal filter.
Rainfresh 1M ceramic cartridge (RONA # 1196014) is a point-of-use cartridges and reduces particles down to 0.3 micron absolute (>99.9% reduction). It only fits Rainfresh Drinking Water System 2 (RONA 1196037) or System 3 (1196048).
