The 7500G Ceramic Filter designed for use with the Rainfresh gravity water filter systems SM4. Reduces bacteria, coliform and parasites from water. 0.3 micron absolute.
- Reduces > 99.99999% of harmful bacteria and > 99.95% of cysts (e.g. cryptosporidium and Giardia)
- 0.3 µ Absolute particulate reduction
- For use with Rainfresh SM4 gravity filter. 4 required per unit
- Also reduces chlorine taste odour and sediment
- Certified to NSF/ANSI 53 for reduction of cyst
- 1-year cartridge life
- Cleanable, reusable surface can take up to 100 cleanings

I have SM2 Rainfresh gravity with 8 1/2 " high ceramic filters, 10" filters will fit but are too high, the lid will not fit tight
The correct replacememt ceramic filter for the gravity units is model 7500G. For SM2 you will need two cartridges. You can order it online from Rona or contact Rainfresh at 1800-667-8072 Mon to Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00PM.

Does the filter reservoir come with cartridge filter? If so how many filters does the stainless reservoir use?
Yes. SM4 comes with 4 ceramic filters.
