Description
Rain Bird spot watering emitters are just what you need for watering the root zones of plants, trees and container plants. They send water to those areas at a rate of 1.0 gallons per hour, allowing the soil to absorb water more thoroughly so you can irrigate your plants efficiently. These emitters help you conserve water while eliminating excess run-off. They have self-piercing barbs for easy insertion into 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch tubing.
- Applies water directly to the root zone
- Also available with other watering rates to allow customizing flow to different plant types and sizes
- Suggest using Rain Bird installation tool (model ET-1PK) for easiest insertion into 1/2-in tubing
- Tap off of 1/2-in tubing with spot watering emitters and 1/4-in tubing
- The tubing can be held in place with 1/4-in tubing stakes
- Place bug guard (attached to 1/4-i tubing stake) at end to prevent bugs and debris from clogging tubing
- Convenient re-sealable zip lock plastic bag contains 10 emitters, pressure compensating design ensures that each plant receives the desired watering rate regardless of placement along the distribution tubing
- Exclusive self-piercing barb simplifies installation, pierce hole and install emitter in one easy step with the Rain Bird emitter tool ET-1 (not included)
