These bases are designed for fences that are 60" or less...is that 60" height or width? Or both? Most of my aluminum fence panels are only 4' high but they are 6' wide, with 4 gates that are just 4' high and 3.5' wide. Thanks

They are design for fence 60" or less for the height. You can use them for your application ( 4' high x 6' wide ) no problem.
Just make sure to fix them properly in the concrete using tapcon screws ( or equivalent)

I am anchoring these to a narrow concrete curb 5.5" wide . My fence is only 36" tall with panels only 4' wide. What kind & what diameter & depth of concrete anchors do I need to order? Is this compatible with post 391002?

Sorry for the late reply as we had an problem with the website.
The holes in the 4 corner are 7/16" diameter, so we recommand to use 7/16" x 3" tapcon style concrete screws.
