Just floats, does not flush with just one flush
Not good, "new and improved" just floats, does not flush, often requires 2 or more flushes. Too bad, used to buy this all the time but will not buy it anymore.

Packaging ripped my nail off my finger. UNSAFE.
Should be a zero. The toilet paper is mostly fine until you get a roll that has no end to start it at.
The packaging is trash and just ripped my nail right off my finger so I think I'll call a lawyer.

Terrible - won’t flush
We’ve been using Purex for over 25 years - now product won’t flush - often takes 3-4 flushed - doesn’t absorb any water, just layers dry on top of bowl water

Less water absorbent than water resistant
We’ve been using this product exclusively for as long as I can remember, due to strength, absorbency and value. Lately, however, since the product has been labelled “new and improved”, I’ve noticed that it seems rougher to the touch, and that it often does not immediately flush, but continues to float, sometimes requiring a second flush. I’ve never seen the “float” with another product as this one now seems to do. Would prefer a return to the previous product.

I preferred the original to the "New and Improved"
I've been buying Purex for years as it was always recommended by plumbers as sewer safe. However, similar to other expenses as of late the "new and improved" just floats in water and doesn't flush immediately.
