One of the plastic white under the panel tubing got off the place. It's that goes to showerhead. Is there replacement as the one of the end, the bottom side, is disconnected from a some plastic hex screw? It was bought in 2015 year.

Is it possible to tighten the little glass shelf on this thing after it has been installed. The little shelf seems to have gotten loose since it was installed 2 years ago.

When I start shower then water also leaks from the bottom of body of panel. How can I fix this?
