Description
This modern 30-in freestanding Joan vanity in a walnut finish will add a touch of personality to your bathroom. The 2 soft-closing drawers with matte black handles prevent a ruckus from happening every time you push them back and keep your items in place. The black legs enhance the deep colour and angular shape of the vanity and provide contrast with its cultured marble sink and countertop. It can also be wall-mounted without the legs to give it that sought-after, floating sink look.

Good unit.
Very happy with this vanity. Seems to be well made. Drawers are removable, but need to take out two screws from the tracks on the bottom. Instructions don’t tell you this. Sink drains well, but I find the bowl is wider than needed. This reduces useable space to set things, but space is adequate.

Beautiful vanity with a few hiccups
We love the look and feel of the vanity, and installed fairly easily.
One complaint is that only the upper drawer has a notch out to fit pipes and fittings - unless you want to go through the effort of moving your pipes coming out of the wall, you're stuck with whatever they give you.
As with other reviewers, we had to cut a space out of the bottom drawer. It would be really easy just to manufacture both drawers with the notch out to save the trouble.

Had to cut out the bottom deawer
I bought this for $299. Suggest that you’re handy. Had to notch out the bottom drawer for a pre-existing plumbing set up. Drawers needed adjusting. Thankful for the other reviews on how to remove the drawers.

Easy Install, Looks Great
At this price point, an excellent and easy-to-install. Perfect for the design my wife wanted. We had to notch the second drawer to accommodate the pipes rather than adjust the plumbing in the wall. Only complaint is that I wish both drawers had the 'U' cutout for the pipes. Nonetheless, the cleat system for hanging on wall is great and 4 toggle bolts, really kept it secure. Very happy with this.

We were having a hard time figuring out how to remove the drawers to do the plumbing. Thank you to titusbank for posting his tip about removing the screws at the bottom of the drawers to make it easier.
Oddly the drawers don't come out of the slides. His hack saved us from having to send the unit back.
The instructions it comes with, don't mention anything on how to remove the drawers either.
I will post another review after it is installed.

Fantastic look and easy to install.
Bought these for both bathroom renovations we are doing. Just finished the first one and the cabinet looks great. Was concerned that we wouldn’t be able to remove the drawers but I discovered two screw on the bottom of the drawer slides and it’s very easy to remove the drawers

Beautiful
Beautiful piece, colour on display in store is slightly different than the one I got in my box but I still love it. Drawers open smoothly. I am reading review below, we have not installed it yet however I am thinking we need to install then add sink top.. that way you don't need to remove drawers. I'll update once we install! Best of luck.
