Description
This elongated Huali Project Source toilet features a dual flush push-button and a high drainage capacity with a MaP rating of 1000 g. This toilet's seat features a nice slow-close mechanism. This model even comes with a lined tank for easier drainage. Among other features, this toilet includes a 3-inch diameter dual flush valve, a 2-inch fully glazed trapway, as well as an anti-siphonic quiet refill valve. This model is WaterSense certified, which means that it conserves water without sacrificing performance. Its 1-piece design allows for easy installation. Plus, it's sold with everything you'll need for installation, including a slow-close seat, wax ring, and hardware.

We have issue with filling of water as mentioned by other in the reviews. Can anyone please share the customer service number for project source toilet? We don't have the manual anymore?
In the narrative it states that the tank Is lined - but in the technical sheet it says “ no”. Is the tank lined or not.

Excellent toilet.
This one piece looks great. It's insulated so it's quieter. Flush well and fast.
It's right height for us and lower than those 17" models. Rona sales people are helpful.
Only question remains replacement parts when the time comes.

Do not buy this toilet for a family
We bought this toilet three months ago, and have had nothing but problems getting it to flush. We have two young kids, and usually have to wait 45 minutes for it to refill. On top of that, it keeps not filling up and won't flush at all... now on a daily basis. There is so little water in the bowl, that if the kids don't aim properly feces get stuck and smell, which is even worse when it won't flush for hours on end. We tried to contact Project Source directly as Rona wouldn't assist us.... and as soon as we select 2 for buying in Canada it disconnects the call. I have tried repeatedly to call and have been disconnected each time. Having only had it for 3 months we now have to replace it with a new toilet, and figure out how to go through warranty as Project Source is inaccessible (and the phone numbers Rona provided didn't work. The number of the instruction sheet just kept disconnecting).

Projet source monobloc - déception
J'ai acheté cette toilette parce que c'était la seule monobloc en magasin au rona beloeil. Après un mois d'utilisation elle fait occasionnellement un bruit pendant le remplissage qui est relié à la valve de remplissage. Je vois, avec les avis, que ce problème semble récurent. Très ðécue

Looks nice. Could be better.
This Toilet looks nice, but makes a lot of noise when flushed. the inside plumbing works had be replaced less than 2 years. It clogs easy after big No.2 jobs. I do not recommend it. at times it can be hard to use. due to clogs.

Great toilet but had a big issue
I rarely do reviews BUT, I bought this toilet for my cottage because the tank is lower & we needed a tank that would fit under the 30"countertop return over the toilet .... All went well until I turned on the water & had a defective water fill valve that would NOT fill water into the tank....Lucky for me I am a plumber & tried to get it to fill but had no luck. This was very frustrating as I was miles away from any bldg or hardware store for parts.... Fortunately I had a spare fill valve on my service truck, which I swapped out, & got it functioning properly... The flush has always worked properly & seems to use a least amount of water when it flushes & does so quietly as well...Happy now but wished I would have gotten a comfort height model bowl instead of the regular height bowl. I gave it a 3 star for the inconveniences & overall cost for no quality control.
PS: I never did return the defective fill valve to get a replacement ... my loss !

Makes a weird noise after flushing
Immediately after we had this toilet installed, it started making a whining sound when you press the flush button. It happens intermittently. I think it has to do with the fill valve because it stops as soon as the tank is full. We're trying to source a new part to see if that will fix it, but the toilet is brand new. Pretty disappointed.

I bought two of these toilets at Rona and they're both the piece of what you do inside
I will never recommend these toilets to anyone Rona headquarters should do their due diligence and research the dealers because they're selling crap the fill valve i oks defective and Rona customer service won't even help you out they tell you to call another number for help again stay away from these project zero toilets
