Description
This 2-piece toilet from Project Source has a height of 17 inches and an elongated front seat that ensures comfort of use. It also features a chrome side lever and a plastic toilet seat that closes slowly to prevent loud slamming. This high-efficiency toilet has a powerful flush system that uses 4.8L of water and a tested flushing capacity of 1000 grams. Plus, its concealed trap way design makes it easier to clean. This white vitreous china toilet comes with everything you need to install it, including a wax ring and floor bolts.

Horrible - doesn’t flush
I bought 2 of these for my bathroom renos. I installed one and it is horrible! There is not much power behind the flush at all. I am going to need to replace it as i am afraid it will cause issues with my plumbing. It requires 3-4 flushes sometimes to get the bowel cleaned out after a number 2 simply because there is not enough water flowing through it. Unfortunately I cannot return it to the store because it’s been opened and used, but can returned the unopened one. Don’t waste your time or money on this one. Looks nice but thats about it.

Looks good. Pain to install. Doesn't last.
We installed this toilet four months ago. It was a difficult install due to the hidden bolts, but was doable. The toilet looks great. Unfortunately, after four months the valve is failing. I've come into the bathroom a few times and heard the tank filling, even though nobody had recently used it. Trying to find a customer service website for Project Source has proven impossible.

Toilet great , my access not
I really like the toilet , but I didnt have any room along either side the toilet or the backside of toilet, to access the bolts for securing toilet. Maybe 10" .. Really fought with this ... Other than that , it would've been really simple

Great toilet
Slightly hard to tighten the bolts during installation. You need someone with tiny hands, other than that fairly easy to install and love the toilet. Works great and easy to clean.

Belle mais difficile à installer
Très jolie, mais difficile à installer. Comme les l'endroit où on visse les boulons pour la base sont à l'intérieur du pied de la toilette, on me voit pas où sont les tiges dans le sol lorsqu'on l'installe. Aussi, c'est dure de visser les écrous par la suite. Il faut un très petit outil avec une tête rotative pour passer par le trou sur le côté.
Le résultat est beau, mais l'installation un peu longue (environ 1h30).

Comment faciliter la pose...
Excellent rapport qualité/prix d'autant plus qu'acheté en promotion et bien adaptée aux espaces restreints. La pose demeure difficile, mais pas plus que mon autre toilette semblable de marque différente. Pour faciliter grandement l'installation, j'ai superposé à l'avant et à l'arrière des pièces de plywood qui surélèvent la toilette juste au-dessus des 2 vis. Ensuite, sur chaque vis, j'ai enfilé une paille coupé à 10 cm +/_ . Il est devenu facile de bien enligner la toilette avec les vis. Une fois déposée sur les plywood, il ne restait plus qu'à retirer sucessivement les pièces de façon à garder le meilleur niveau et de visser. 2 personnes sont nécessaires.

Difficult install
Read the other reviews about how difficult it is to access the floor and tank bolts and thought they might be exaggerating... This was the most difficult toilet I've had to install so far. Impossible to sight the floor bolts as you lower the toilet and wax ring down. It's also extremely difficult to tighten the floor bolts without having child-sized hands. Unclear instructions for mounting the seat - had to remove and reset the seat. Took 2-3x longer to install than the other toilets I've done in the past.

This toilet looks amazing! But the other reviews mentioning a ratchet set being required we lies! You actually need a magical fairy with tiny little hands but the finger strength of a grizzled warrior. The access holes to the bolts are not access holes, but peep holes to the misery that hides just out of reach behind. You will be on your second wife by the time you turn the nut 1/100th turns for days. I highly recommend you attach the tank first or you get to play the invisible bolt game a second time!
