Why did I wait so long!
Bought this a few days ago and have used it twice since. Once to move some heavy boxes of tiles and once to take a new hot water tank into the basement, both tasks I was alone. Ratchet system took me a bit to figure out but now it is easy. The strap is ample in length and tightens whatever you are carrying very solid. Going down steep cement stairs was made easy and smooth by the solid wheels and pulley belt system that seamlessly lowers the load from stair to stair without bumps or scratching the steps. No more flat tires, losing the load by using my own straps, or unbalanced shaky wheeling. Very solid feel. I should have got one years ago!

Très robuste mais les courroies sont trop serrés, pour que ça fonctionne bien vous devez les démonter et les lubrifier avec du lubrifiant à base de silicone et les remonter moins serrés..

Courroies bloquées
Les courroies ne tournent pas lorsqu'on descend un escalier avec un réfrigérateur sur le diable. J'ai lubrifié l'intérieur du mécanisme, essayé de régler le problème en enlevant un peu de métal en excès aux extrémités du mécanisme qui bloque la rotation libre des courroies mais en vain.

Lubricate the glides
I bought knowing that the two belts for climbing and descending stairs were too tight. I put some grease and worked them a little. I think that solved the issue but I will have to check again.
Other than that the attach system with the ratchet works ok.

Les courroies pour les escaliers ne tournent pas. Le mécanisme est trop serré et les courroies trop raide.
